Happy Shavuot!

 THE BIG IDEA

We are in the final days of our seven week spiritual process bringing us into the week of Malchut and the best time of the year to heal our feminine ability to receive.

This Thursday night, imagine yourself standing at the base of Mount Sinai as a vessel designated to hold light (consciousness). Awaken the ancient imprint of your being, commit to expanding your relationship with the “I” that is higher than any single self, and embracing yourself as an ambassador of that light (consciousness) in the world.

This year’s download (Shavuot) moves immediately into the protective energy of Shabbat. Indulge in the state of holiness without interruption and bask in the new lights (consciousness) bringing them deeper within.

This week’s torah omens include the priestly blessing of abundance, protection, grace, and peace and the gifts of the tribal princes

However, being touched by divine consciousness does not make you a perfect, or part of a perfect society. This week’s Omens also show how to right wrong doings, manage jealous husbands, and (potentially) unfaithful wives, as well as create options for zealous practioners that want to take on more holiness than required.

Remember, all light creates a shadow, and knowing that shadow exists, and how to manage it, is as essential as holding more light.

BECOMING A VESSEL

While the feminine posture of receiving is most obvious to those of us in a woman’s body, it is important to remember that the entire body of Israel (Knesset Israel), imprinted at Sinai, is considered a feminine spiritual body created to receive and hold divine light/consciousness.

In order to maximize your spiritual potential on Thursday night, and understand the deeper purpose of torah practice, imagine your entire being being filled with divinity. It is from that place of closeness that your relationship is formed, is rebuilt, and maintained.

Happy Shavuot!
