THE BIG IDEA

In certain circles the idea of shadow work is incredibly popular — for those that aren’t familiar with it - it involves looking at the shadow parts of yours - the unconscious- and owning it.

It’s looking at the Esau within and owning the part of yourself that feel entitled to a blessing no matter how we act. The part that is overly invested in the material reality and doesn’t care much for the spiritual side 

It’s looking at the Jacob part of yourself. The part that is very involved in the spiritual side. The part that might know how to cook a good soup, but should be doing more physical engagement of the world.
