THE BIG IDEA

In a world of endless distraction and temptation– there is no time more energetically suitable to focus on building and inhabiting your own Ark than right now. Noah is remembered as a completely righteous person in his time because unlike anyone on earth in his generation, he was the only one able to see grace and beauty in the world and use it to honor the divine - not merely use it for his own gain or pleasure. He was able to follow his internal call and get to work.  That trait of finding grace and focus is so important it saved both humanity as we know it and the animal kingdom. 

So this week, find your Noah energy within. What is your Ark? What are you here to build?  Just for this week, forget about saving the entire world - and bring yourself closer to your work, your mission, your way of honoring the divine’s presence and beauty in this world.  Practice blocking out anyone or anything that tries to mock or distract you - and then imagine giving yourself a full year’s cycle where you climb inside your personal mission and stay there until next year at this time.  

This mediation is accessible to every single human on the planet. While building your Ark doesn’t completely remove evil from the world (just read what happened to Noah himself after he got off the Ark) it is certainly the first step of becoming the kind of human the divine energy felt was worthwhile to save.
