THE BIG IDEA

The spiritual requirement to mark 50 days from Passover until Shavuot, the Counting of the Omer, is made explicit in the Torah this week. Use this additional spiritual energy to heal your relationship to this week’s Omer focus —  Dominance and Victory (Netzach), something we desperately need as a people. 

Take time to contemplate the deep yearning not only win this war, but to be seen as beautiful for fighting to win. Radiant defenders of justice and the bringers of good to the world. 

This week’s torah energy, reminds us, through the additional restrictions placed on those designated serve God directly within the holy collective, the priestly class, and the harsh justice for anyone that takes access to divinity in vain - that spirituality is not democratic, it is an access pass to the Creator of the Universe. Use it wisely.
