For anyone pained by the internal divide within the Nation of Israel, you are not alone - this week carries the energetic breaking point of Moses. And I quote “what did I do to deserve the burden of these people?” (If this is how it is going to be with these people)… just kill me now, please”

Crying out for yet another national election during a war feels as delusional as protesting for the meat and watermelon when you are being fed manna in the desert.
This week’s Torah Omens are very clear - generating negative karmic energy puts us all in danger.
The army and the police need to be protecting us from the bombs and guns - not each other.
Thankfully this week’s energy offers two very powerful spiritual antidotes to counteract the internal divide and external threats.
SPIRITUAL ANTIDOTE #1: For Military Victory
Summon the image of the holy ark. Imagine the ark lifted before our soldiers in Gaza and the soldiers fighting on the northern border of Israel.
Say this mantra as you visualize divine energy scattering and defeating our enemies.
Advance, O יהוה !
May Your enemies be scattered,
And may Your foes flee before You!
Trust the divine root of this visualization - and the power of this image. We are as strong as our ability to believe. Repeat this mantra as many times as possible.
SPIRITUAL ANTIDOTE #2: For Deep Healing
Activate the spiritual power tool Moses generated when praying for the healing of his sister Miriam.
Visualize parts of yourself and our nation that need physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual healing.
Begin saying the words “El Na Refah Na La” (Please God heal her) focus on the places in your body, mind, and soul that need healing. With each repetition of this mantra imagine divine energy penetrating at deeper and deeper layers of your self. Once you a sense of calm from within, begin to send this healing energy to the parts of our nation and spiritual collective that need healing too.
Send healing to the wounded and the wounding amongst us.
We are all desperate for our stolen brothers and sisters to come home — but please, let’s all stop holding each other hostage too and utilize our spiritual tools for lasting victory, health and happiness.
