If you are working with Torah energies, this is the best time of the year to try to face whatever thought, person, or situation you’ve been running from, use this time to face your own fears.

Don’t expect it to be easy, in fact, expect to be challenged. As Jacob wrestles with the angel, and faces the brother from whom he took the blessing, the brother that vowed to kill him – and even though he gets out unscathed after facing his forever fear (seeing his brother) he faces every father and husband's worst fear; His only daughter gets raped and abducted, two of his teenage sons avenge their sister in a savage way, and his beloved wife dies in labor on the road home. 

Not easy energy at all.

If you are anything like me, be gentle with yourself this week, Israel isn't an easy name to hold.  My advice — double down on your faith in the Absolute Oneness .  Whatever comes up this week - know in every cell of your being, there is only ONE.
