    What words feel strongest?

As thoughts come up, write them directly on your Alef. Allow any words, thoughts or feelings to express themselves in some way on your aleph. It could be a color, it could be an image it could we a series of words.

Fill your Alef until it represents all your thoughts a single essential essence. Try not to judge yourself or your Alef.
