THE BIG IDEA

If you are having a hard time holding it together, you are not alone, even Moses shares his frustration. 

This week’s torah energy carries the things (rebuke) that Moses, the man that spoke mouth to mouth with the Creator of the Universe, shared with the people that cost him his ability to enter the promised land. 

Expect to feel weepy or especially numb during the time of collective vulnerability and the lowest vibration in the spiritual calendar. 

Sunday night and Monday, the ninth of Av, mark the destruction of two holy temples, the exiles from the holy land, and most relevant to our times, the sin of the spies that denied the ability for the Source Energy of the Universe to do absolutely anything - namely conquer our enemies and deliver us safely to a land inhabited by giants. 

This Shabbat is an essential time to affirm God’s unequivocal strength in every cell of your body, to see every inch of the Land of Israel as good, beautiful and undisputedly belonging to the jewish people. 

Use the fast of the Ninth of Av to clear out of any blocks to knowing the following:

We are a nation of conquerers - not because of our own will, but because of the divine will.

We are a nation of victors - not because of our own strength, but because of divine might. 

We are here in a land surrounded by our enemies - not because of our own choice, but because of God’s design. 

We must love and accept each other - not because we are so great or lovable, but because we are all part of the infinite ONE.

May this be the time we individually and collectively awaken to a time beyond war, hate, and fear - into the time of joy and harmony and total faith in the divine unfolding for the good of Israel and the entire planet.
